I am 40’s. Half italian half English, born in Uk brought up in Italy makin fresh past on my Italian grandma’s (from Napoli) kitchen table

Italy making fresh pasta – 21 years in the catering trade

I cook with all my heart and soul with the mother nature, natural ingredients combining things that grow together and go together, seasonal, local produce.
90% of good cooking is good shopping the other 10% is craft! I am a craftsmen working with the finest ingredients, simply applying a little heat and cooking with love

Recent visit
Just back from Luz on a short break, had dinner here twice, loved the tapas especially the the Angus strips, great tapas board and we tried most of them, could only manage one dessert!
